SPECIALIZED CCTV – GARRETT TURBOS

The challenge

GARRETT required improvements in the stability, administration, and continuity of its electronic security system. The infrastructure included multiple cameras, recorders, access control panels, and monitoring workstations that needed to be inventoried, upgraded, and validated to ensure proper integration with C•CURE 9000 and victor.

The solution

JM SERVICES performed a complete infrastructure assessment and inventory, system backups, C•CURE 9000 and victor upgrades, licensing and SSA validation, client workstation configuration, communications testing, and monitoring verification. Technical documentation was also created for cameras, NVRs, iSTAR controllers, and access-controlled doors, along with adjustments focused on improving CCTV quality, stability, and overall operation.

The result

The security platform was left fully operational and updated while maintaining continuity of access control and video surveillance services. The system was standardized on current C•CURE and victor versions, with a documented technical inventory, functional monitoring workstations, and a solid foundation for continued optimization of cameras, storage, analytics, and communications redundancy.
